After the teacher resolves an issue, it takes 30 minutes for the corresponding action to take place.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time to be eligible for resolution. When you report an issue, the teacher receives a notification and has several options: offer a full refund to your wallet, reset and unschedule the lesson so you can rebook it at a different time, or decline the issue if they believe the lesson was conducted properly. If you and the teacher cannot reach an agreement on how to resolve the issue, you can escalate it to platform support for mediation. Most teachers are accommodating and will work with you to find a fair solution, especially for legitimate technical problems or if they were unable to attend the scheduled lesson.
