How Does the Student Transfer Lessons from One Teacher to Another?

You can transfer the remaining scheduled or unscheduled lessons from one teacher to another; you need to cancel all the lessons with the first teacher and repurchase them with another teacher. If the new teacher is not on your teacher's list in the dashboard, please navigate back to the main teacher's list (Click "FIND A TEACHER" on the bottom left) and book the lessons through there.

When you cancel lessons, the funds are automatically credited to your wallet, which you can then use to purchase lessons with your new teacher. This two-step process ensures you receive the full value of your original purchase, since wallet credits equal the exact amount you paid for the canceled lessons. The cancellation policy allows you to cancel unscheduled lessons at any time without penalty, and scheduled lessons can be canceled up to 24 hours before the lesson start time for a full refund to your wallet.

After canceling your lessons, check your wallet balance in the Dashboard header to confirm the funds were credited. Then navigate to your new teacher's profile page and select the number of lessons you want to purchase. During checkout, remember to check the "Wallet Credit" box to apply your available funds. This transfer method gives you flexibility to switch teachers whenever you need to find a better fit for your learning needs.
