Once a student cancels a lesson, money is refunded to the wallet, and the lesson can no longer be recreated. However, the money in the wallet can be used to purchase another lesson and then proceed to schedule it. Note that if the canceled lesson was purchased with a package discount, promo code, or subscription, you may not be able to repurchase at the same discounted price.

The cancellation process is immediate and irreversible, so there's no way to undo or restore a canceled lesson directly. To get your lesson back with the same teacher, visit their profile page, select the number of lessons you want to purchase, and during checkout make sure to check the "Wallet Credit" box to apply your refunded funds. If your accidentally canceled lesson was scheduled for a specific date and time, contact your teacher through the platform messaging system to let them know about the accidental cancellation and to arrange rescheduling the lesson at the same time slot if it's still available in their calendar.

Understanding the financial impact of accidental cancellation is important, especially if you originally purchased lessons in a discount package. For example, if you bought 8 lessons at $30 each ($240 total) instead of the regular $40 per lesson, canceling one lesson refunds exactly $30 to your wallet - which is the bulk discount price you paid. However, when repurchasing, you're buying a single lesson at the teacher's current rate, typically $40, meaning you lose $10 from the cancellation mistake. This is why the platform strongly recommends using the reschedule or unschedule features instead of canceling whenever possible.

To minimize the financial loss from an accidental cancellation, check if the teacher offers any package deals for the number of lessons you need. If you accidentally canceled multiple lessons, purchasing them back as a package of 4 or 8 lessons rather than individually can help recover some of the lost discount value. Some teachers also offer special pricing to regular students or can manually lock in favorable rates, so explaining your accidental cancellation situation through messaging may result in the teacher offering you a discounted repurchase price as a courtesy.

The platform does not have an "undo" or "restore canceled lesson" function because cancellations trigger immediate financial transactions - the lesson payment is released from escrow and returned to your wallet, and the teacher's calendar slot opens up for other students to book. Future lesson management is best handled through the reschedule button (to move to a different time) or by asking your teacher to unschedule (to remove the time but keep the lesson credit intact). Both of these options preserve your original purchase price and avoid the cancellation-repurchase cycle entirely.
