What Happens If a Student Doesn't Schedule a Subscription-purchased Lesson for One Week or More?

Lessons that are not scheduled for any week during the subscription period are just left as "unscheduled". These lessons should be scheduled as makeup lessons for some other week, or when the student returns from vacation. Your unscheduled lessons remain in your account with no expiration date, giving you complete flexibility to use them whenever you're ready.

This flexible approach recognizes that consistent weekly scheduling isn't always possible for busy families. School vacations, holiday travel, illness, exam periods, or extracurricular commitments may prevent you from scheduling lessons during certain weeks. Rather than losing these lessons, they accumulate in your account as unscheduled credits that you can use at your convenience.

You can view all your unscheduled subscription lessons in the "My Lessons" section of your dashboard. They're clearly marked with a "Subscription" tag to distinguish them from individually purchased lessons. When you're ready to schedule these lessons, simply access the teacher's availability calendar and select a time slot that works for your schedule. Teachers are notified when subscription lessons remain unscheduled and may reach out to help you find suitable times.

This system works well for managing irregular schedules. For example, if you skip lessons during winter break, you can schedule extra lessons in subsequent weeks to catch up, or spread the unscheduled lessons across future months. The no-expiration policy ensures you receive the full value of your subscription investment regardless of when you schedule the lessons.
