This can be due to a number of factors not limited to the following:


  1. The teacher has a time-to-book set in their Account Settings, and the student is trying to book within this time value.
  2. The student's time zone is not set correctly in the student's Account Settings screen.
  3. The teacher has traveled to another location and forgot to change his time zone.
  4. Other technical issues.
