Last Update January 2026

Yes! If you have a regular schedule with your teacher, subscription renewal lessons are now automatically scheduled.

How Auto-Scheduling Works

When your subscription renews, the system looks at your lesson history with that teacher. If you've had at least 3 lessons at the same day and time (for example, every Tuesday at 5pm), this is detected as your "regular schedule."

The system then automatically schedules your new lessons following this pattern:

  • Multiple time slots supported - If you typically have lessons on Monday at 5pm AND Wednesday at 6pm, both patterns are detected and used
  • Availability checking - Each slot is verified that both you and your teacher are available
  • DST handling - Your lesson times stay consistent in your local timezone, even when Daylight Saving Time changes

Email Notifications

After your subscription renews, you'll receive an email:

  • Success email - Lists all the lessons that were automatically scheduled with dates and times
  • Conflict email - If some slots weren't available, you'll be notified which lessons need manual scheduling

Your teacher also receives these notifications so they're aware of the scheduled lessons.

What If Auto-Scheduling Doesn't Apply?

Lessons will NOT be auto-scheduled if:

  • You're a new student without an established pattern (less than 3 lessons at the same time slot)
  • Your schedule varies significantly from week to week
  • Your regular time slots are no longer available (teacher blocked the time or has another lesson)

In these cases, lessons remain unscheduled and you can schedule them manually using your teacher's availability calendar.

Managing Auto-Scheduled Lessons

Auto-scheduled lessons work just like manually scheduled lessons. You can:

  • View them in your dashboard
  • Reschedule if needed (subject to the normal rescheduling policy)
  • Cancel if necessary

The 4-week billing cycle provides predictable recurring charges while the auto-scheduling saves you time by maintaining your established routine. If your schedule changes, simply reschedule the auto-scheduled lessons or establish a new pattern that will be detected on your next renewal.
