If the lesson cannot take place because of a no-show or a technical issue, the teacher has an opportunity to reschedule the lesson no more than 6 hours after lesson completion. If the time has expired, and the teacher can no longer reschedule the lesson, then the student will have to report an issue and the teacher will resolve the issue by selecting the Reset and Unschedule Lesson option. This will reset the lesson so that either the teacher or the student can reschedule it, again.
