How Do I Enter the Virtual Classroom?

Entering your virtual classroom is simple and only takes a couple of clicks. There are several convenient ways to access your scheduled lesson.

Via Email Reminder

You will receive automated email reminders 24 hours and 30 minutes before your scheduled class. Each email contains a "View" button that takes you directly to the lesson lobby. Simply click this button when it's time for your lesson.

Via Dashboard or Lessons Screen

If you prefer not to use the email link, you can enter the classroom directly from your account. Navigate to either your Dashboard or the Lessons screen where you'll find entry buttons for upcoming lessons. Both buttons will take you to the same lesson lobby.

Waiting in the Lobby

Once you click to enter, you'll arrive in the lesson lobby. This is a waiting room where you'll stay until your teacher admits you to the classroom. Your teacher will typically let you in right at the scheduled start time or a few minutes early.

Before Your First Class

For first-time users, we recommend joining the lesson lobby 5-10 minutes early to test your microphone and camera. This ensures everything is working properly before the lesson begins. The platform will prompt you to allow microphone and camera access through your browser.

Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble entering the classroom, try refreshing your browser or using a different browser (we recommend Chrome or Firefox). Make sure you're logged into your account and that the lesson time hasn't already passed. If problems persist, contact support for immediate assistance.
