Yes, teachers can enter the lesson classroom only 60 minutes before the scheduled lesson start time. After this time, they can enter at any time to conduct the lesson or save the whiteboard content to a PDF file. This one-hour window gives teachers adequate time to prepare materials, set up the whiteboard, and test their audio and video equipment before the student arrives.
Students can only enter the classroom during the lesson time and after the teacher has entered it. This ensures the teacher is ready and present before students join, creating a smooth start to each lesson.
The classroom access restrictions prevent students from entering an empty classroom and waiting indefinitely if the teacher is delayed. If you try to join the classroom before your teacher has entered, you'll see a message indicating the teacher hasn't opened the room yet, along with the scheduled lesson start time. Both teachers and students receive email reminders 24 hours and 30 minutes before each lesson to ensure timely arrival. The virtual classroom remains accessible after the scheduled lesson end time, allowing teachers and students to continue working if they need extra time to complete a problem or save important whiteboard notes before closing the session.
