How to write in response to the student's first inquiry?

When you get a student's initial chat request or a free trial invitation, you should always write them using the platform's messenger. The link to the messenger is provided as a button in the email sent to you by messenger. You should try to respond to the student's request as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours of the request. To make sure that you are always available to respond, please make sure you check your email at least twice per day.
