The wallet and the earnings widgets won't reflect payment for teacher's lessons conducted less than 48 hours ago. Please wait 48 hours after the lesson completion time before the payments can be reflected. This 48-hour period allows students time to report any technical issues or concerns with the lesson quality. Once this dispute window closes, your earnings are automatically credited to your wallet and become available for withdrawal according to the platform's withdrawal policy.

This 48-hour holding period serves as a quality assurance mechanism for both teachers and students. During this window, if a student experiences technical problems that prevented the lesson from taking place properlyβ€”such as video or audio failures, connection issues, or if the teacher didn't show upβ€”they can report these issues through the platform's lesson issue reporting system. The support team then investigates the reported issue and determines whether a refund, makeup lesson, or other resolution is appropriate.

Teachers benefit from this system too, as it provides a clear timeline for when earnings become available and reduces confusion about payment status. After the 48-hour period passes, your earnings dashboard updates automatically to show the confirmed payment for that lesson. You can track all your pending earnings by reviewing your recent lessons in the Lessons section of your dashboard, where each completed lesson shows its completion timestamp and current payment status. Once earnings appear in your wallet, you can request withdrawals following the platform's withdrawal requirementsβ€”typically a minimum balance of $50 and no more frequently than once every 20 days.
