Please make sure that your availability calendar is always set correctly to reflect your schedule. If you know that you're not going to be available during certain dates, please use the weekly availability calendar to block those dates. We can't begin to stress how important this is, because, if this is a trial and you cancel their booking, they may pick a different teacher, or not come back at all.
