Keeping your account secure and up-to-date is important. You can easily change your password or email address through your Account Settings.
Changing Your Password
To update your password, navigate to the Account Settings screen from your dashboard menu. Look for the password section where you can enter your current password and then set a new one. Click save to confirm the change.
Password Requirements
For security, your new password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters and numbers. Avoid using easily guessable information like your name or birthdate. A strong password helps protect your account and personal information.
Changing Your Email Address
To update your email address, go to the same Account Settings page and locate the email field. Enter your new email address and save your changes. You may receive a verification email at your new address to confirm the change.
Forgot Your Password?
If you can't remember your current password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password securely. This email typically arrives within a few minutes.
Security Tips
We recommend changing your password every few months and never sharing it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact our support team.
