To save important messages before they're purged, you can take screenshots of critical conversations, copy and paste text into a document, or forward essential information to your personal email address for safekeeping. The three-month window is typically sufficient for active tutoring relationships, as most scheduling and communication happens within recent weeks. If you have long-term teaching arrangements or need to reference historical discussions about a student's learning progression, consider keeping your own notes or documentation outside the platform. System-generated notifications about payments, bookings, and lesson confirmations are sent to your registered email address, providing a permanent record independent of the platform's message retention policy.
