All purchased lessons can be refunded to you, with the following limitations:
You will get a credit to your Wallet for the following:
(a) An unscheduled lesson is canceled - 100% refund credit
(b) A scheduled lesson is canceled - 100% refund credit
(c) A scheduled lesson is canceled within 24 hours of the lesson starting - 80% refund credit
Note that it is always better to unscheduled or reschedule lessons, instead of canceling.
You may use the credits in your Wallet for your next lesson purchase with your teacher or any other teacher of your choice.
Cash refunds can also be made. In case of cash refunds, 20% will be deducted for credit card fees and processing charges.
The refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and teachers while encouraging flexibility through rescheduling rather than cancellation. The 80% refund for last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) compensates teachers for their preparation time and the lost opportunity to book that time slot with another student. Wallet credits never expire and can be applied toward lessons with any teacher on the platform, giving you complete flexibility in how you use your funds. If you accidentally purchased the wrong lesson duration or teacher, you can simply cancel immediately for a full 100% wallet credit and repurchase the correct lessons. For cash refunds back to your original payment method, contact customer support with your order detailsβprocessing typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your payment provider.
