My name is Sarra Gkanem and I am Greek Cypriot. I am your French teacher. I am passionate about teaching and learning new languages. My professional and academic journeys have allowed me to teach French as a foreign language.
As someone who has always liked to learn languages, even now, I know very well the difficulties a student can face but also the pleasure at the end of this journey.
My teaching philosophy centers on encouraging active learning. I believe in using a communicative approach to teaching languages, with a focus on practical, real-world usage (so always in context). The most important thing for me is to learn by having fun.
