This document outlines the Terms of Service ("Terms") governing your use of the Russian Math Tutors website and services at https://russianmathtutors.com ("Site" or "RMT"). By accessing or using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your records.
Russian Math Tutors is a teaching platform connecting teachers and students for Russian Math and foreign language instruction. Teachers set their rates and schedules, while students pay for classes through the Site and select their preferred instructors. Teachers receive payment monthly upon class completion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. The latest version will supersede all previous versions. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
By visiting https://russianmathtutors.com or sending emails to [email protected], you are engaging in electronic communication with RMT. You consent to receive electronic communications from us and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
When you create an account on our Site, you must maintain the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree not to share your password or allow unauthorized persons to use your account. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not transfer your account to another person or entity. You acknowledge that RMT is not responsible for third-party access to your account resulting from theft or misappropriation of your credentials.
RMT reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
RMT does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen years of age, either online or offline. Children under 18 may use the Site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
You may cancel scheduled lessons up to 6 hours before the lesson start time. The amount paid for canceled lessons will be added to your RMT wallet and may be used to purchase future lessons with the same teacher or any other teacher of your choice.
All purchased classes remain valid in your RMT account for six months from the date of purchase. After six months, your unused classes will expire without refund.
Refunds to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) are available upon request. Please note that a 20% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover bank card fees and service charges.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not under the control of RMT. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of such linked sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement of the linked sites by RMT.
Certain services available through our Site may be provided by third-party vendors. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent that RMT may share your information with these third parties as necessary to provide the requested services.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Site strictly in accordance with these Terms. All content on the Site—including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and their compilation—is the property of RMT or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

The Site may contain communication tools such as chat rooms, forums, tutor profiles, and calendars designed to facilitate communication between users and tutors. You agree to use these Communication Services only for lawful purposes directly related to the services provided by RMT.
When using any Communication Service, you agree not to:
RMT reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any content posted through the Communication Services at our sole discretion. We may terminate your access to any or all Communication Services without notice for any reason.
RMT does not claim ownership of materials you provide to the Site through posting, uploading, or submission. However, by posting or uploading materials, you grant RMT a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the operation of our services.
No compensation will be paid for the use of your submissions. RMT is under no obligation to post or use any materials you provide and may remove them at any time at our sole discretion.
By submitting materials, you warrant that you own or control all rights to your submission and that the content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
RMT administers its services from offices in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations. You agree not to use RMT content in any country where such use would violate applicable laws.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMT, its employees, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
RMT reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such event, you agree to cooperate with RMT in asserting any available defenses.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or an equivalent arbitration service at a location selected by RMT.
The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court of competent jurisdiction. If any legal action or arbitration arises from these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees.
You and RMT agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. Neither you nor RMT may participate in a class action, consolidated claim, or representative action. YOU AND RMT AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT AGAINST THE OTHER PARTY ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING.
THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RMT AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RMT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF RMT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.
If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Site or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
RMT reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site and any or all services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RMT regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written. A printed version of these Terms shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent as other business documents.
No waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions, and no waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of RMT.
