Hello!

My name is Natalia Manokhina, and I specialize in teaching elementary mathematics, from Pre-K through Grade 5.

I believe learning math is not about memorizing formulas or following procedures without understanding why they work. My goal is to help students learn how to think, ask questions, explain their reasoning, and discover solutions for themselves.

Every child learns differently. I pay close attention to how a student approaches a problem and identify gaps that may make new concepts difficult. We then build a strong mathematical foundation step by step.

In my lessons, I use questions, visual models, patterns, and reasoning to make mathematical ideas clear and engaging. I encourage students to explain their thinking, compare strategies, and develop flexible problem-solving skills.

I work exclusively with students from Pre-K through Grade 5, whether they need to close gaps, strengthen their foundation, or are ready for more challenging elementary mathematics.
