Course Details
Science Classes 4-6th grade is a course that covers the basic concepts and principles of science for students in grades 4 to 6. The course aims to spark students’ curiosity and interest in science, as well as to develop their scientific skills and habits of mind. The course covers topics such as:
- Life Science: Students will learn about the characteristics and diversity of living things, the structure and function of cells, the processes of photosynthesis and respiration, the organization and interactions of ecosystems, the inheritance and variation of traits, and the evolution and adaptation of organisms.

Physical Science: Students will learn about the properties and changes of matter, the forms and transformations of energy, the motion and forces of objects, the interactions of magnets and electricity, the nature and behavior of light and sound, and the structure and composition of the Earth.

Earth and Space Science: Students will learn about the patterns and cycles of the Earth, the Moon, and the Sun, the causes and effects of weather and climate, the features and processes of landforms and water bodies, the formation and movement of rocks and minerals, the history and structure of the solar system, and the exploration and investigation of space.
The course will use a variety of methods and materials to teach science, such as experiments, demonstrations, simulations, videos, games, books, articles, and more. The course will also encourage students to ask questions, make observations, conduct investigations, collect data, analyze evidence, draw conclusions, communicate findings, and apply knowledge to real-world situations.
